Vera Lloyd Family Services Selects Echo's Visual Health RecordCONWAY, NH – With the goal of improving its HIPAA compliance and becoming more efficient in how it delivers services, Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Family Services in Monticello, AR has selected the Echo Group’s exclusive Visual Health Record to provide comprehensive Electronic Health Record and Billing software services.

The Echo Group’s Visual Health Record is the first and only EHR enabling users to view client activity on a single screen with a visual story that enables deeper insight and better quality of care.

“We are a unique organization with many different facets and need many different functions,” said Program Director Betsy Anderson. “After evaluating several products closely, we found Echo to be the greatest value for the price. Additionally, it was the most customizable to our needs.”

Recognizing the need to address a number of concerns related to HIPAA compliance and time consuming business practices, Vera Lloyd leadership decided to replace its paper file system that was antiquated and inefficient.

“We realized that we needed to be more HIPAA compliant. We also wanted to be more effective in the way we do business,” said Site Director Nathaniel Burton. “With Echo’s system we can also measure different programmatic areas. After researching several vendors over the past few months, we found Echo to best fit the needs of our agency.”

Per Vera Lloyd’s requirements, Echo will provide an enterprise-wide system that is easy to use for clinical, billing, and administrative staff in a way that is dependable, flexible and able to adapt and grow with the organization as its needs change.

“Echo clearly demonstrated how all of our jobs would be made not only easier but more professional and HIPAA compliant immediately,” Anderson added. “My coworkers and I agree that implementing the Echo system will feel like we each hired a personal assistant.”
