Echo understands that the work our staff does during the week is essential. We also know that time away is important. Recently we did a campaign focusing on the time our staff spends taking care of themselves. Self Care Saturday presented how individual staff members take care of themselves, especially during the Pandemic.
We offer every employee a community service day. Staff can work with local non-profits, support causes that impact our community, or other activities. Staff members also spend time on valley clean-up day, with Angels and Elves, and support the American Cancer Society. We are happy to support the causes that are important to our staff.
