We have developed a project methodology designed to be successful while being respectful of the specific needs of each partner.
Focus on Continuous Improvement
We integrate what we learn into our projects and our products to continuously improve our quality and how we respond to an ever-changing industry.
Your Echo Project Manager can help you configure and manage everything related to scheduling, as well as billing, development, and more.
We Learn About You
All Implementations at The Echo Group begin with a five day on-site Project Planning and Configuration Workshop (PPW) to learn about your structure, workflow, and goals.
Focus on SMART Objectives
SMART objectives - specific, measurable, attainable, and time-bound - are tracked to determine if the project is on the path to success.
We will be there for your go-live, and once the application is active, you will meet the technical support team responsible for ongoing support.

We understand the importance of the decision you have made, and we know that a reliable implementation provides the best opportunity for success and acceptance.

We’ve just opened our first 24-hour Integrated Care Clinic, and we couldn’t have done it without the Echo software.

The VHR allows our staff to better track assessment scores and dates, treatment plans, outcomes, allergies, and whatever else the staff need to provide high-quality service to our clients.
Director of Quality, Mental Health Centers of Central Illinois
I work with a lot of Clinical Directors. They are always telling me they need to change their processes to work with their Electronic Health Record software. With Echo, we don't need to do that.

Having the ability to share and access this data will broaden our understanding of the complexities of the needs of the youth we serve. It allows us a specific and comprehensive understanding of the services they’ve received and from which provider. This will inform our care decisions moving forward.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an implementation take?
Echo will develop a comprehensive work plan that includes the activities required to complete your implementation and determine your go-live date successfully. A typical implementation time frame is 3-6 months.
How do you define go-live?
Our definition of go-live is when an agency begins using EchoVantage as its production EHR. Thirty days before the scheduled go-live, we will work with the project team to complete a go-live Readiness Assessment to ensure that everyone is comfortable that the agency is ready to go-live.
Is implementation on-site or online?
During the Project Planning Workshop, we can discuss your preference for online vs. on-site. We can provide both options as requested. As an example, system administrator training may be on-site, but user training is online.
