EXECUTIVE WEB BRIEFING ON-DEMAND: The Excellence In Mental Health Act & The CCBHC Process

Share

The Excellence in Mental Health Act (EMHA) is comprehensive legislation written specifically for the behavioral health care industry. Learn why the #CCBHC is relevant even if you’re in one of the other 42 states.

The spirit of the act provides a renewed focus on the quality of delivery and person-centered care. Health care professionals must understand that the quality objectives in the EMHA are not a directive on how to provide care, but rather benchmarks designed to support a facility’s ability to provide every client a standard of care regardless of his or her circumstance.

Access this Executive Web Briefing On-Demand as the Echo Group’s Senior Knowledge Engineer, Suki Norris offers an information packed web briefing that will explore the opportunities within the EMHA.

During this session, Ms. Norris will also provide a practical framework using the CCBHC process to realize the opportunities available through the EHMA. This session will also review the organizational and technological infrastructure necessary to leverage opportunities in CCBHCs.
