2021 Quarter One Release Notes and New Functionality: EchoVantage

The Echo development team is continually working to improve the EchoVantage experience for our customers. Here is a summary of recent releases, new features, updates, and bug fixes to expect in Quarter One of 2021.

Recently Released

Scheduler and SFNA Updates

The Scheduler now supports resources allowing a user to see the scheduled appointment and resource in a single view. SFNA now allows searching for staff and resources simultaneously.  There have been changes to the Scheduler display as well.  We have updated the Scheduler colors to accommodate color blind/color vision deficiency.  Finally, we have added progress note status information so that your staff does not need to go to the Services screen for this information.  A few screenshots follow to provide a little more information on these exciting changes.

The new set-up screen includes an option to show resources on Scheduler.  You can also see the new Scheduler colors and the color detail information for Note Status.

Search for next available now allows search by resource availability and two views of availability By Staff, and By Date.

Finally, the Scheduler provides a view of the scheduled activity and a scheduled resource if appropriate.

Coming in the 1st Quarter

New Allergy Form
​A new allergy entry form will provide an easy to use drop-down for selecting an allergy.  An improvement that many of you have asked for.

Improvement to Group Templates
The enhancement will allow a user to enter begin and end dates of group participants to provide history over time.

Unapplied Payments Updates
The enhancement will include the ability to apply bulk actions and more options for handling over-payments.
