Part of the EchoConnect suite of client engagement tools, InForm, is easy to use with a few simple steps, including identifying the forms and the mobile device. Front desk staff can share forms for client completion to a mobile device or kiosk, and the client can complete the documents including signature as needed. The client saves the record by checking done, and the information is immediately available to the clinician in EchoVantage.

InForm allows the clinician to focus on the information, rather than spending time collecting data. “InForm will streamline the data collection.,” said Heather Sherwood, Echo’s Documentation Specialist. “Intake forms, assessments, and other documents can be completed in the waiting room, not the clinician’s office, with little stress added to the front desk staff.”
