Conway, New Hampshire—The Echo Group has announced Offline Forms, a convenient solution allowing for concurrent documentation and other data collection during client visits when an Internet connection is not reliable or available. Offline Forms are usable from any location and are easy to upload once a secure connection is established. Part of the EchoConnect suite of client engagement tools, Offline Forms are handled in three easy steps that include form download, on-site documentation, and data upload.

Along with the convenience of allowing staff to enter data and notes on-the-go, Offline Forms ensure more accurate data entry as information does not have to be re-entered or scanned; training is minimal as the forms are the same ones used within EchoVantage; the most current forms are always available; and data is always 100% secure.

Security is in place to maintain compliance at both federal and local levels. Offline Forms are available as an add-on to EchoVantage and Clinician’s Desktop.
