Echo’s VHR is Jefferson County, Wisconsin HSD EHR choice

CONWAY, NH – The Jefferson County, Wisconsin Department of Human Services has selected the Echo Group’s exclusive Visual Health Record (VHR) to provide comprehensive Electronic Health Record and Billing software services.

Echo’s VHR is the single-source solution that will enable the Jefferson County Human Services Department to review and streamline its workflow, improve operating efficiencies that will, in turn, improve customer service.

Echo’s Visual Health Record provides the tools Jefferson County DHS will need to improve client care and to track performance and implementation to the key Wisconsin data collection initiative, the Program Participation System.

Echo will support their ability to manage risk and compliance issues with Wisconsin Medicaid and BadgerCare Plus and provide  the tools and experience to accommodate Wisconsin’s ever-evolving state and payer requirements.
